Finally, upon the Artifact's activation, it releases a massive blast that destroys anything in front of it. Moon Goddess’ Mournful Embrace
The highest of blessings given by Artemis to her mortal of choice, giving them her love in a downpour, attempting a temporary strengthening by filling them with the full divinity of the moon goddess. A Noble Phantasm comparable to Orion’s Artemis Hagnós, though the love received here is more of a maternal, platonic nature, than the romantic desire received by the other Great Hunter of Greece. Additionally it is a representation of the wrath of the Moon Goddess against those that would harm Hippolytus.
The strength and muscle mass of Orion allows him to use this Noble Phantasm with only some muscle pain, however for Hippolytus this pain is excruciating as the divine energy overflows and threatens to tear him apart from the inside. His blood and eyes ignite with the divine energy, which he transfers into his physical blows and the arrows he fires from his bow, drastically increasing their velocity and causing them to explode on impact.
